The room was beautifully decorated with a private bathroom. The hotel's location was very central, in a grand old bank building that has retained the wonderful feel with all the right mod cons.

The hotel was in a comfy location, perfect to hit the shops. The staff was wonderfully helpful and well experienced, took good care of everyone. Got a double room with a reading chair, comfortable bed, equally spacious bathroom as expected.

The room was light filled and unique and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, that's cool. The view here was nice. It was in a great location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Downtown Roanoke.

The room was light filled and unique, had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. Unique very central location very close to a very active train line, train station, and old bank building. I visited Billy's right by the venue for a few drinks.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with the new restaurant and all town centre facilities within easy walking distance. The rooms are well equipped, with a great view and there are several leisure facilities available for guests, which is a plus for those looking for entertainment. the breakfast was delicious and served promptly.

The noise levels from outside the room were slightly disruptive and could be a nuisance for light sleepers.

I loved a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator in the light filled and well decorated room. The staff was knowledgeable & efficient.
